It is important for me to take this opportunity to let you know how truly pleased I am with the new fence that your company recently installed for me.
Having spent the better part of this past year remodeling my home, I have dealt with various companies and contractors. Some have been easy and pleasant, while others have been less than satisfactory. It pleases me to tell you that I enjoyed every dealing that I had with Crowe Fence. Mike was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and went out of his way to make appointment times flexible and easy for me. He offered much help in the design and layout process, which could have been a bit overwhelming given the wonderful variety of fence products your company offers. Rob was terrific in explaining the technical aspects of putting together my fence. He then went out of his way in helping me to decide on the design for what turned out to be a gorgeous lamppost.
Your install crew showed up when they were scheduled. While this may sound like business as usual for you, it isn't always the case when working in the building industry. The two men who installed my fence were pleasant and professional and did an extremely nice job putting the fence in. When I wanted last minute changes, instead of grumbling, they were happy to help and offered some very creative ideas that made my fence look ever more beautiful. Not only did they do a super job installing my lamppost, they also installed my lamp for me. If that weren't enough, they disposed of the old one as well.
Doing business with Crowe Fence and Deck Supply has been a positive and pleasant experience. Thank you for all that you and your employees did to make this so easy for me.
