Schools & Universities

Educational institutions need fencing that balances security with openness — keeping students safe without making a campus feel like a fortress. We’ve worked on K–12 campuses and institutional facilities across New Hampshire and all over New England.

Solar & Utility Infastructure

Solar farms, utility infrastructure, and energy facilities require high-perimeter, high-durability fencing solutions. We’ve installed security fencing for solar installations throughout New Hampshire and continue to take on utility-scale projects.

Trades & Subcontractors

We work alongside landscapers, hardscapers, pool contractors, deck builders, paving companies, and site contractors on projects where fencing is one piece of a larger scope. If you’re the lead contractor and need a commercial fence or railing sub who will show up on schedule, communicate clearly, and not create problems on your job site, that’s exactly how we operate.

Fencing Solutions

We install commercial-grade fencing systems designed for durability, security, and long-term performance. Our team works from site plans or helps develop specifications to ensure the right materials, installation methods, and security features for your property.

  • Custom Solutions: Chain link, aluminum, steel, vinyl, wood, and ornamental iron fencing engineered for commercial environments. Designed with the correct post depth, gauge, hardware, and anchoring for high-traffic and high-exposure sites.
  • High-Security Fencing: Perimeter systems built to deter intrusion and meet institutional security requirements. Options include anti-climb fencing, welded wire mesh panels, palisade fencing, and razor or barbed wire topping for high-risk facilities.
  • Commercial Pool Fencing:Code-compliant pool enclosures with proper barrier heights and self-latching gates. Installed for hotels, apartment complexes, athletic clubs, and municipal aquatic facilities to meet state and national safety requirements.

Custom Gate Systems

A gate is the first point of contact for anyone entering your property. We engineer, fabricate, and install commercial gate systems ranging from simple manual entry points to fully automated perimeter access with integrated security controls.

  • Commercial Automated Gates: Slide, swing, and bi-fold gates with electric operators, vehicle detection, and keypad or remote access. Integrates with facility access control systems.
  • Commercial Manual Gates: Heavy-duty swing and slide gates for vehicle and pedestrian control where power isn’t required.
  • Commercial Estate Gates: Custom entrance gates for campuses, private communities, and luxury developments. Fabricated in steel, aluminum, wood, or PVC.
  • Commercial Access Control: Keypads, card readers, intercoms, and video systems integrated with your gate for secure property access.

Dumpster Enclousures

A compliant, well-built dumpster enclosure protects your property’s appearance, satisfies municipal code requirements, and keeps your waste management area secure from unauthorized access and wind damage.

We build dumpster enclosures for commercial properties, apartment complexes, retail centers, and municipal facilities in wood, chain link, vinyl, or aluminum, with or without gates. We work from your site plan or design the enclosure layout based on container size and access requirements.

Commercial Railings

Commercial railing systems serve a dual purpose: safety compliance and architectural finish. We install code-compliant railings for commercial staircases, elevated walkways, loading docks, parking structures, and ADA-accessible ramps.

Material options include aluminum, steel, stainless, and glass panel systems. All installations are completed to IBC, OSHA, and local code requirements. We provide documentation on request.

Guard Rail Installation

We install AASHTO and OSHA-compliant guard rail systems for commercial and municipal applications including parking lots, loading areas, pedestrian pathways, and roadway protection.

W-beam and thrie-beam guard rail, end terminals, and transitions. If you’re managing a commercial facility and need vehicle impact protection, we’ll help spec and install the right system for your site.

Bollard Installation

Bollards are one of the most effective tools for controlling vehicle access, protecting storefronts, pedestrian areas, and high-traffic zones from accidental or intentional vehicle intrusion.

We supply and install fixed, removable, and retractable bollard systems in steel and decorative finishes. Applications include storefront protection, pedestrian plaza perimeters, bike lane barriers, loading dock control, and anti-ram protection for government and institutional facilities.

Sport Installations

Athletic facilities demand fencing built for intensity, high-gauge chain link, ball containment netting, dugout enclosures, batting cages, tennis court surround, pickle ball, and multi-sport court perimeters.

We work with school districts, municipalities, sports clubs, and private athletic facilities to design and install fencing systems that hold up to daily use, meet safety requirements, and look professional for years. Service includes bleacher guard rails, backstops, and perimeter enclosures.

Yes. We install high-security perimeter fencing such as 358 welded mesh (anti-climb), palisade fencing, reinforced chain link with security toppings, and steel security fence with barbed or razor wire. We have experience with utility sites, solar facilities, government buildings, and other security-sensitive installations.

Can you install automated gate systems for commercial properties?

Yes. We design, supply, and install commercial automated gate systems including slide gates, swing gates, and bi-folding systems with electric operators, vehicle loop detection, keypads, card readers, intercoms, and video integration. Yes. We are fully licensed and insured for commercial fence installation. Our coverage includes $1M general liability per occurrence, $3M aggregate, $1M commercial auto, $5M umbrella liability, and workers’ compensation.
